Please read these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) before using any content, features, or applications(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”) related to ANABA JAPAN (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") provided by SUN Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. All disputes, controversies, or differences arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Use shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA). The place of the arbitration shall be Tokyo, Japan. There shall be one arbitrator, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Japanese.

The User's contact or inquiry to the Company regarding the Services shall be made by submitting an inquiry form provided at an appropriate location within the Services or the website operated by the Company or by a method separately specified by the Company.
