She gained experience in dairy farming and cheese-making at a small farm in Europe and further refined her skills at a cheese factory in Tokyo, establishing herself as a skilled artisan!

Kamikawa Town is a thriving dairy region where freshly squeezed raw milk is delivered to the factory. Using 100% of this local milk, KAMIKAWA KITCHEN produces a wide range of products, from fresh cheeses like mozzarella, ricotta, and fromage blanc to semi-hard cheeses, cream cheesecakes, and yogurt made with only lactic acid bacteria. Every product highlights the quality and freshness of its ingredients.
