Soft and Refined Sweetness! A Ninja Carrying on the Traditional Art of Making Wasanbon⁉

The person behind these amazing sweets is a descendant of the famous Japanese ninja, Hattori Hanzo! His ancestors, who hid their true identities by running a Japanese sweet shop, moved to Tokushima to master the art of making Wasanbon. Today, the owner, a descendant of ninjas, continues the tradition by offering Wasanbon sweets made from bamboo sugar.

The fluffy and cute Wasanbon soft serve is super popular! You can enjoy 3 flavors: Wasanbon, Syrup, and Mix. The Syrup has a richer, deeper sweetness than Wasanbon! They offer more than takeaway sweets—there's also a café menu. On a nice day, be sure to enjoy it on the terrace!

The “Hana Ohagi” is so beautiful that you might feel it's a shame to eat it!
